For users loging in for the first time onto Service Platform or users logging in again after a long period of inactivity, we offer two options to set or reset your password.
Method 1 (password setting)
- On login screen, enter your email and any random password
	
 - A message will be displayed notifying that an email has been sent to you
 - Follow the instructions on the email you will receive
 
Method 2 (password reset)
- On login screen, click on "Having trouble logging in"
	
 - Click on "Forgot your password"
	
 - Enter your mail address, click on the captcha and "Reset password"
	
 - Follow the instructions on the email you will receive
