The product does not boot properly

If for some reason the product does not boot properly or you cannot open the System Settings, please try the following:

Power on the product, and as soon as the boot screen (splash screen) disappears, double-tap the bottom left or right corner of the screen. The product will boot and open the System Settings.

If you prepared recovery media in advance, use it to perform a restore operation.

Refer to Recovery (Backup and Restore).

If you have not performed a backup, perform a factory reset.

Refer to Initialization (Factory Reset).
