Overview

Recipe enables you to overwrite large numbers of device address values. Change the values by selecting a recipe to use from among the prepared recipes and transferring it to external device.

Recipe is useful for changing machine operation settings (such as material quantities, heat settings, and so on) in the production control.

DANGER

UNABLE TO CONTROL RECIPE DATA

Do not send critical recipe data to an external device that is in operation.
Set range check for recipe load data and confirm the data before loading the recipe data.
Verify the recipe data in the display unit before sending the recipe data to the external device.
After sending critical recipe data to external device, validate the data before operation.

Failure to follow these instructions will result in death, serious injury, or equipment damage.

LOSS OF DATA

Do not turn OFF the power while writing to a storage device that is not protected by the write filter (write protection).
Disable the write filter settings before starting the runtime application.
