The following messages may appear on the client application. Listed are descriptions and potential solutions to resolve any errors.

The server rejected the connection request as the server has
reached the maximum number of client connections (*) it can support.

In the client login page, the specified user has been locked out. | Wait the specified [Lockout Time] before trying to log in. |
[Logout occurred because security settings are being updated. Click the [Refresh] button on your browser to return to the login screen, and then log in again with the updated user name and password.] |
The user has been logged out as the security settings (user names and passwords) on the server were updated. | Log in with a new user name and password. |
[Login failed because the password has expired. To change the password on the display unit, use the [Change Password] function. To change the password in the screen editing software, change the password in the [Security Settings] and transfer the project file again. ] |
The specified user is set up with an expiration period for its passwords, and the expiration period has elapsed. |

Client has not performed any operations for the time specified in the [Inactive Timeout] property. |
Log in from the client again or increase the time in the [Inactive Timeout] property. |

The client was unable to reconnect to the server and communication was terminated. |
The project on the server was updated. To establish a new connection to the server, click the [Refresh] button on the browser. |
[Unsupported gesture was detected. Please touch this message window and continue operation.] |
This message notifies the user that a gesture, such as three-point touch, supported by the device but not supported by Web Viewer was detected. |
Touch anywhere on the screen to close the message. |
[Internal Server Error.] |
There is a problem with the server configuration. |
Update the run time on the server and try connecting again. |
[Server Temporarily Unavailable. Please try connecting again later with the browser's [Refresh] button.] |
Server is busy or a communication error occurred. |
Try connecting again. If the message continues to appear, check your network connection. You could also try connecting from another client. |
[Authentication failed. After waiting awhile, click the [Refresh] button on your browser to return to the login screen and try logging in again.] |
