Overview

When an error occurs for a monitored variable (such as variable changes ON or OFF, or value is outside a specified range) an alarm appears on the display unit. Check the alarm message, date/time when an alarm is triggered/recovered, and other alarm information.

UNABLE TO MONITOR SYSTEM/PROCESS

Do not design the HMI application to perform corrective actions for critical alarms.
Monitor critical alarms on the external device responsible for corrective actions.

Failure to follow these instructions can result in death, serious injury, or equipment damage.
