Let me know how to transfer network project file on Pro-Serve EX.

For instructions on how to transfer network project files, refer to the following contents.
Transferring network project file to specified node
As a network project file is transferred to a node, action and data transfer can be implemented.

Be sure to save a network project before transferring it.
When a network project file is transferred to the display unit, the display unit will be restarted.
The data stored in the backup SRAM will not be deleted and the same state as before the transfer will be kept.

When [ID comparison mode] is selected for [Connection check mode] on the [Preferences] screen, the network project needs to be transferred to all nodes
including those not affected by the change of the network project. When [Compare NPX project on connection] is selected,
the network project can be transferred only to the nodes that are affected by the change of network project as long as the change does not affect the comparison target items,
thus reducing the time and effort to transfer in a large-scale system.

[Preferences] • When you have changed the selection of [Connection check mode] on the [Preferences] screen, conduct transfer to all nodes.

It is not possible to upload the network project file from the display unit to PC.

Back up the network project file that has been transferred to the display unit.

Network project file transfer procedure

Transfer the saved network project file to the display unit.

1. Check the nodes to which the network project file is transferred.

Select the nodes to which you want to transfer the network project file.

2. Click the [Transfer to other node] button.

3. On the [Transfer to other node] screen, click [Yes].

The [Network project transfer] screen will be displayed, and the network project file will be transferred to the nodes that were checked in Step 1.

Click the [Close] button to close the [Network project transfer] screen.

The network project file can be transferred only when nodes are in the online mode (communication is in progress).
Before conducting transfer, click the [Check node online state] button to confirm that all nodes are in the online state.

SettingSetting contents
Transfer to other nodeTransfers network project file to specified node.
When the transfer starts, the [Network project transfer] screen will be displayed,
and the project compilation result, transfer state to nodes, and the end message will be displayed.

• When the network project file has been transferred, the display unit enters the offline mode, and it will be restarted
after the transfer.

• To conduct transfer to multiple nodes, transfer the network project file one node by one node. When an error occurs during transfer to a node on the halfway,
the transfer is stopped and transfer to the remaining node will not be conducted.

To continue the transfer, click [Transfer to other node] again.
Deletion of network projectDeletes the network project on the specified node.
The [Delete network project] screen is displayed. Click [Yes] or [No].

Check of node online state
Obtains [Project version] and [Current version] from the specified node and updates the contents of the node list.

Setting
Setting contents
Network project file being editedThe file name of the network project file being edited, user management number and build number are displayed.
ALLSelects all displayed nodes.
PASVConducts transfer in the passive mode.
This is valid only when the network project file is transferred to the GP4000/LT4000 Series node, GP3000 Series node,
WinGP node and LT3000 node.

• Transfer in the passive mode is effective in such network environment where
FTP command is filtered through firewall setting or the like.
Node list
NODE nameNames of registered nodes are displayed.
To specify a node, select this checkbox.
IP AddressThe IP address of the node is displayed.
State of actual deviceWhen [Check node online state] is executed, the information of the network project file that has been transferred to
the display unit or CF card is displayed.
GP4000/LT4000 Series node, GP3000 Series node, WinGP node and
LT3000 node: when the network project file has been transferred, its file name is displayed.
GP Series node: it is possible to check the existence of the file.
NumberThe user management number is displayed. It is displayed only on the GP4000/LT4000 Series node, GP3000 Series node, WinGP node and LT3000 node.
Build numberThe build number is displayed. It is displayed only on the GP4000/LT4000 Series node, GP3000 Series node, WinGP node and LT3000 node.
Last transfer dateThe date and time when the network project file was transferred last time is displayed. It is displayed only on the GP4000/LT4000 Series node, GP3000 Series node, WinGP node and LT3000 node.

SettingSetting contents
Node listVerification of device/PLCIndicates whether the device/PLC information in the screen project file (PRX) transferred to the display unit and the device/PLC information in the netwrok project file on the Pro-Server EX side
are identical.
Clicking the [Check node online state] button updates to the latest information.
• Match
The device/PLC information in the screen project in the node and
that in the transferred network project file (network project file before transfer or being edited)
are identical.
• Match and transfer
The device/PLC information in the screen project in the node and
that in the transferred network project file differ from each other, but
by transferring the network project file being edited, the system will operate normally.
• Different
The device/PLC information in the screen project in the node, that in the transferred network project file
and that in the network project file being edited
are all different from each other.
By matching the device/PLC information in the network project file being edited and that in the screen project in the node and transferring them,
the system will operate normally.
• (blank)
Before conducting verification of the device/PLC information (before check of node online state
and transfer of network project file), nothing is displayed.
• The GP Series node is not covered by the device/PLC verification.
