   - Version 5.01 does not support the Pro-face Remote HMI feature on 
     SP5B10/90/00 models. Please use version 5.00 or earlier.
  <ST6000/STM6000/STC6000/ET6000 Series>
   - Previously, when abnormal alarm data was detected, the system error 
     persisted even after a power OFF/ON cycle. This has been changed so that 
     abnormal data is now initialized, allowing automatic recovery.
  <Options>
   - Language names in the language settings display in their respective language.
  <New Project>
   - Sample projects have been updated. 
     These projects cannot be transferred as is. Please save them with a new 
     name before use.

(2) Limitations
 2-1 Editor
  <Screen Editor>
   - #H_ScanOffControl does not appear in the Address and Cross Reference
     windows.
   - If you use the version reverter on a project set up with a sampling group
     associated with consecutive addresses and sampling words of 2 or more, 
     the project may not be converted or the sampling settings may be deleted.
   - Sometimes dragging parts from one screen editor and dropping to another
     does not produce a copy.
   - When memory usage on the computer is high, and the project data exceeds 
     the maximum size, the project information may show the project 
     transmission size as 0 bytes (0.0%).
  <Graph>
   - If you draw an XY Historical Trend Graph or XY Data Block Graph on
     base screen 9000 or higher, the graph display area will not appear on
     the display unit nor in simulation.
  <Data Display - Text Display>
   - When [Specify Location] is enabled, the frame size of the displayed keypad
     may be incorrect. Please verify the actual behavior and adjust the 
     positioning as required.
   - You cannot configure [Input Barcode] or [Input Style] on the OS keypad.
  <Project Comparison Tool>
   - Comparison result of [Device/PLC settings] may appear as "Different"
     though project files have same [Device/PLC] Settings.
   - Comparing GP6000 Series or ST6000 2nd Gen Series project files that do not
     load a startup screen image may incorrectly show no differences in the 
     Start Screen Settings.
   - On the ST6000 Series and ST6000 2nd Gen Series, projects with different 
     dimmer settings may be incorrectly detected as having no differences.
  <Copy From Other Project>
   - While copying from another project that is very large, sometimes the screen
     editor will close unexpectedly. When that happens, split screens into 2 and
     perform copy operations separately.
   - When using [Copy from Another Project] between projects with [Orientation]
     set to [Portrait] for the GP6000 Series or ST6000 2nd Gen Series and other
     display units, the imported screen content will be rotated.
  <Transfer Tool>
   - When setting the [GP-Viewer EX Function key code], match the Runtime 
     version (and System version) on the display unit and screen editing 
     software.
   - Depending on the environment, sometimes transferring via modem may not
     work.
   - Transferring via COM or modem will fail sometimes. If that occurs, try 
     again.
   - Transfer may not be possible in environments using some router models.
   - During OPC UA Server/Client communication, using the Transfer Tool to find
     the [Display Unit Information] could break the OPC UA connection.
   - Transfer errors may occur when transferring to multiple display units of 
     GP6000/GPH6000 Series simultaneously. Please retry or transfer one unit at
     a time.
  <Project Transfer>
   - Project transfer fails if the GP is installed with version V5.00.000 or 
     earlier, and USB storage is not inserted in the GP when it is sent 
     ImageUSB. Please insert the USB storage before transferring the project or
     retry transferring the project after the failure.
   - Sometimes project transfer failed while connected to an FTP server.
   - Do not turn off the power while transferring a project to a display unit of
     LT4000 Series with a version before V5.01.000. The unit may not be able to 
     restart.
  <Address Conversion>
   - When specifying addresses with large address numbers, in some cases only
     addresses smaller than the maximum input address are allowed to be 
     specified.
  <Others>
   - The screen editor does not support the Windows 10 feature [Beta: Use
     Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support].
  <Simulation>
   - The colors displayed in Simulation may not be the same as the colors on 
     the display unit.
  <GP6000/GPH6000 Series>
   - When using the GP6000/GPH6000 Series, the serial multilink feature is 
     unavailable.
  <EtherNet/IP Scanner Driver>
   - EDS files support CR/LF only as line break codes.
  <PDF Viewer Settings>
   - In some scenarios, Undo/Redo may not function correctly.

 2-2 Display Unit
  (Runtime)
  <USB Device>
   - When a USB device is inserted/removed, all USB devices may not become 
     disabled under the condition that five or more USB devices are connected 
     at the same time using the USB HUB in GP-4000 series. 
     If this phenomenon occurs, reset the Display.
  <Data Display>
   - When two or more Data Displays with "Indirect" specified are made to be 
     invisible at the same time while displaying a pop-up keypad, some Data 
     Display may not be invisible.
  <Data Display - Text Display>
   - If the display unit enters standby mode while the OS keypad is displayed,
     touching the keypad area will not restore operations. Touch the top area of
     the screen to restore operations.
   - Regardless of the settings on the display unit, touch buzzer sounds are not
     generated for operations performed on the OS keypad.
   - When using the OS keypad, moving the input focus with the Up/Down or the 
     Enter keys does not work.
  <RPA>
   - A keypad is closed while the [Alt] key on the keypad of the RPA 
     Window Display is held down. When the keypad is opened next time, 
     the [Alt] key remains held down.
  <USB/SIO>
   - Do not use a logic program during communication with a Device/PLC using 
     a USB/SIO (RS422/485).
     If the logic program is used in the situation, a communication error 
     may occur.
  <Logic Program>
   - In GP4000 series (except for GP-4100 series) and LT4000 series, the buzzer 
     sound in Ver. 3.5 is different from that in Ver. lower than 3.5.
   - While logic is stopped on the GP-4G01, if you press and hold down
     both the [USB1] and [SD] removal switches at the same time, 
     the [PWR] LED lights start flashing irregularly.
   - When exchanging data between logic programs and other HMI functions, the 
     timing of data reflection depends on the program description and screen 
     configuration. Design control operations so they are performed within the 
     same logic program or HMI feature.
  <Online Monitor>
   - Display of instructions in the logic monitor and online monitor are
     sometimes different.
  <EZ Fingerprint Recognition Unit>
   - Do not attach/detach the fingerprint authentication unit while turning on
     the power to the Display. Doing so, inconsistency occurs between the
     security data and the fingerprint data and the display of the
     authentication and the password setting may not operate normally. 
     If an inconsistency occurs between them due to attachment/detachment of the
     fingerprint authentication unit, update the fingerprint data of the
     fingerprint authentication unit using the "Update DB" function.
  <Screen Transfer>
   - Do not attach/detach the transfer cable while transferring to the SP5000 
     Series Open Box (SP-5B40). Even if the cable is detached, the unit will not
     detect an error.
   - On the Power Box(SP-5B10) of the SP5000 series, In the case of forced 
     transfer mode, you cannot transfer using LAN2.
   - If the project is large and many functions are set up, the display unit
     may restart repeatedly after transfer.
   - On the GP-4000 series (except GP4000M and GP41** series) and GP-4G01, 
     project transfer may fail for large projects.
     If that happens, transfer the project again.
  <Bit Momentary Switch>
   - Compared to other series, the buzzer for the Open Box's (SP-5B40) Bit 
     Momentary switch sounds different.
  <System Menu>
   - The Windows task bar flickers if you continually trigger the system menu's
     display operation (simultaneously touch the top-right and bottom-left
     corners) on the SP5000 series Open Box (SP-5B40).
   - On models that support 2-point touch, while the first touch is initiated
     and you work with the system menu, system menu operations may not work.
     Display the system menu again and menu operations become available.
  <Offline>
   - On the SP5000 series Open Box (SP-5B40), even though there are no devices
     connected, in the offline menu, the Peripheral Settings screen's USB Screen
     shows USB equipment.
   - On the GP4200 Series, GP4300 Series, and LT4000 Series, you cannot edit
     Web Server settings offline.
   - With the SP5000 Series Power Box (SP-5B10) and WinGP, do not touch
     the top-right or top-left corners while starting up. 
     While normally this would take you to offline mode, there are certain
     circumstances when this will not work.
   - In offline script settings, although unsupported communication methods 
     could be selected for COM communication, they will not operate correctly.
     Refer to the manual and select a supported communication method.
  <Memory Loader>
   - On the GP-4100 Series (Color Model), if you download the different CML file
     in a row without ending the memory loader, SRAM may be initialized
     after restarting the display unit.
  <Image Parts>
   - When the [Compress] check box is selected, transparency may not display
     properly.
  <Image Parts / Image Registration>
   - On the GP6000 Series, when the color is set to 65,536 colors and no blink,
     24-bit color images may not display correctly in simulation or on the 
     display unit.
     Please use images with a color depth that matches the color setting.
  <Enhanced Recipe>
   - Search results may not display if you use system variables to search
     for a recipe, while deleting a recipe in an Enhanced Recipe List part.
     When this occurs, reset the display unit.
   - When there are a large number of recipes, importing recipes may take
     considerably longer than it did in Ver.4.6.10.
   - On the display unit, you can add enhanced recipe data to a project even if
     it exceeds 100% of its maximum transfer size. On the editor, if you use the
     Receive Project command to get the project from the display unit, 
     you may not be able to transfer the project back to the display unit 
     due to a transfer size error.
   - If you set up a variable with less than 32 words as the label's destination
     address, the enhanced recipe may not work properly.
  <External Buzzer Output>
   - When [Display Unit] - [Operation] - [Output to External Buzzer Terminal]
     is enabled on the GP4000H series, the GP3000H conversion adapter
     emits the external buzzer for the following operations from the maintenance
     menu.
     - Check Pattern
     - Check Touch Panel
     - Calibrate Touch Panel
     - Check COM1/COM2/LAN
     - Memory Info
     - Check Function Switch
  <Change screen>
   - If you use a Word Add or Word Subtract switch on a device address
     that is used to define the screen number in a change screen switch, 
     the expected screen may not display if you change screens quickly.
     To reliably change screens, use a Selector switch.
  <Pro-face Remote HMI>
   - On the GP-4621T or GP-4521T, video module images of VM Unit and RGP Input 
     Unit do not display on the Remote HMI client side.
   - When connecting to OpenBox, occasionally screen distribution
     may be delayed.
   - When the Pro-face Remote HMI is connected to HMI via the EZ LAN Adapter,
     you may not be able to reconnect automatically when unplugging
     then plugging back in the EZ LAN Adapter.
     Please return to the server list and reconnect.
   - Do not operate the SD/USB switches from a client.
     You can perform Memory Loader operations only from the display unit itself,
     and therefore are unavailable from the client.
   - The following functions are not displayed on the Remote HMI client:
     - PDF Viewer
     - OS Keypad
   - Connecting from a Remote HMI client sometimes fails.
     If that happens, enabling Compatible Mode may resolve the issue.
   - Reconnection attempts from the client may fail after a connection timeout.
     Please restart the client then reconnect.
   - When using SP5B10/00/90 models with multiple client connections with the
     [Compatible] setting disabled, you may experience dropped connections.
  <GP-Viewer EX, Pro-face Remote HMI>
   - If the connection to the HMI is broken while the momentary switch is 
     pressed from the remote client (GP-Viewer EX, Pro-face Remote HMI), the bit
     associated with the momentary switch will remain ON.
  <File Manager>
   - Occasionally the File Manager does not sort its operation
     log's output files in file creation order.
   - While all items are selected in the File Manager with the [All] button,
     and the FTP server connection is released, the [All] button becomes
     highlighted. If this occurs, close the File Manager and open again.
   - While the "Confirm Delete" message box displays as a result of touching
     the [DEL] button in the File Manager, if you attach or detach USB memory
     the File Manager does not display the files in USB storage.
     If this occurs, close the File Manager and open again.
   - When the File Manager is connected to the FTP server and
     a file is not selected, sometimes the file date, time, and size may display
     incorrectly. If this happens, select a file in the File Manager.
   - Selecting either [Cancel] or [No] in a File Manager connected to
     the FTP server sometimes causes the date, time, and size of the wrong file
     to display. If this happens, select another file in the File Manager.
   - When the File Manager is connected to the FTP server and a copy file
     operation fails, the incorrect file name may appear in
     the confirmation message box.
  <Screen capture>
   - In the destination, if you specify an FTP server with PASV disabled,
     file write may fail and a 0-byte sized file may be created
     in the destination folder.
  <Feature>
   - When using GP4000M or LT4000M Series, restarting the display unit will 
     erase the Japanese FEP information.
  <Pro-face Connect>
   - When connecting multiple SiteManager Extend and LinkManager to an Open Box
     set up with SiteManager, Pro-Server EX may not operate properly on some of
     the LinkManager.
   - Sending or receiving large projects via LinkManager fails sometimes.
   - If LinkManager is already installed and you install LinkManager again,
     sometimes the existing shortcut is not deleted and results in duplicate
     shortcuts.
   - If you forcibly transfer via Link Manager a project to a display unit
     set up as the agent of Site Manager Extend, the transfer operation
     sometimes fails.
   - With SiteManager Embedded, the Transfer Tool, GP-Viewer EX and Pro-Server
     may not be able to automatically detect display units.
   - With SiteManager Embedded, you can use only ASCII text for
     the Proxy Password.
  <Brightness>
   - On the GP-4100 Series color model, while power is supplied from 
     the USB (mini-B) interface and power is also supplied by the DC power 
     supply, the screen brightness will not match the defined value.
     Remove the cable from the USB (mini-B) interface before turning on the 
     power.
  <Time zones>
   - Sometimes the "Automatically adjust daylight saving time" setting
     changes on the GP-5B40 and SP-5B41.
  <E-mail>
   - When there is no body of E-mail, its subject may be not shown correctly.
     To avoid this situation, set one or more characters to its body.
   - Make sure your network is secure when use E-mail feature.
  <Others>
   - Turning on the display unit with the SD card inserted, it may take a few
     seconds longer to show the initial screen.
   - If project data is downgraded to before GP-Pro EX V4.09.120, 
     GP-Viewer EX and Remote PC Access key codes have to be re-entered.
  <Start application>
   - The feature has been designed to execute external applications.
     External applications may increase security risk and harm the system.
     Review the usage of this feature before transferring.
  <Port Control>
   - Even though you may close the port for SiteManager Embedded (Pro-face 
     Connect), when a Web-Proxy is set up, connection is sometimes still 
     possible.
  <ST6000/STM6000 Series>
   - The CI (RI) signal on the RS-232C interface cannot be used. To disable VCC,
     select RI.
  <GPH6000/ST6000/STM6000/STC6000 Series>
   - When IP addresses are duplicated in a network, sometimes the associated
     error is not generated.
  <Ethernet Settings>
   - When LAN [Auto Recognition] is disabled and [Duplex Settings] is set to 
     [Full], communication may be in half-duplex mode.
     To communicate in full duplex mode, enable [Auto Recognition].
  <FTP Server>
   - FTPS connections have been confirmed to work only in passive mode.
  <FTP Client>
   - When using Internet Information Services (IIS) and Windows Firewall,
     connections may fail in Active mode (PASV=OFF).
  <IPsec>
   - You cannot use IPsec with the EZ LAN adapter.
   - Using IPsec may reduce communication performance by 50% when compared to 
     communication without IPsec.
   - If IPsec is enabled when using Ethernet Multilink, a communication error 
     may display once when starting the display unit.
   - If an OPC UA Server/Client is configured on a connected device/PLC, 
     communication using IPsec settings may fail.
  <Switch/Lamp>
   - After setting an array symbol variable to a switch's base address, 
     the switch will not work if you specify an array element that is out of 
     range using the Indirect Address feature. Specify a valid array element.
  <GP6000/ST6000 2nd Gen Series>
   - Even if a file is set to read-only in Windows, it can be overwritten or 
     deleted on the display unit. The read-only setting does not restrict these
     operations on the display unit.
   - The GP6000 Series requires the filenames on an SD card or USB storage 
     device to use ASCII characters.
   - In the features that configure or display file names, use an 8.3 file name
     instead of a long file name. Long file names may not work properly.
   - Depending on the connected bar code reader/two-dimensional code reader,
     it may not work properly. Confirm before use.
   - Do not turn off the display unit during the transfer process. If you do, 
     you cannot restore the system via transfer. You can resolve this issue by
     resetting the display unit to its factory default settings from the System
     Settings menu.
   - The FTP Remote Directory function in the Sampling settings does not 
     operate on the GP6000 Series.
   - When using the [Specify File Name] - [Address] option in a Picture Display,
     you cannot specify files in sub-folders.
   - USB keyboards may not function properly.
   - Pressing and holding or repeatedly pressing the brightness button in the
     system menu may cause the touch buzzer to sound continually.
   - In projects that meets all of the following conditions, part of the system
     keypad may extend beyond the screen area, causing it to be clipped or 
     displayed incorrectly:
     - [Resolution] is VGA, SVGA, WVGA, or WSVGA
     - [Orientation] is [Portrait]
     - [System keypad size] is [Large]
   - When using File Manager to browse an FTP server, functions that save data
     to the FTP server, such as screen capture, cannot be executed at the same
     time.
  <GP6000 Series (Standard)>
   - You cannot get information about a newly purchased display unit by 
     executing the [Display Unit Information] command in the Transfer Tool. 
     The [CF/SD Card Connection] command also will not work properly with a new
     display unit. You can execute these commands only after transferring a 
     project.
  <GP6000 Series (Advanced)>
   - Battery depletion is not always detected when turning ON. Especially if you
     are restarting immediately after powering off or when there is residual 
     power that remains. The RAAA057 error may not be detected, and an error 
     message may not appear. To ensure a proper battery check, after powering 
     off, wait a few minutes before turning the power on again.
  <GP6000 Series / WinGP>
   - When using the [Specify File Name] - [Address] option in a Picture Display,
     a larger than usual number of addresses may be required for the file name.
     If the RAAA101 error occurs on the display unit, change the specified 
     address to a smaller address number and confirm the operation.
  <GP6000/GPH6000 Series>
   - On some USB storage devices, the access lamp flashes immediately upon 
     insertion. This is due to checking for available memory space and does not 
     indicate reading/writing data.
  <GPH6000 Series>
   - Port numbers "8001" and "8080" cannot be used on the GPH6000 Series. Do not
     select these port numbers in a port number configuration.
   - USB keyboards, USB barcode readers, or USB two-dimensional code readers 
     cannot be used.
  <ST6000 2nd Gen Series>
   - On the ST6200AWA, text on the offline screen may appear clipped in portrait
     orientation.
  <LT4000 Series>
   - When transferring a project to a new display unit, or to a display unit 
     with a version earlier than V5.00, the screen may appear black immediately
     after transferring. In such cases, restarting the display unit will 
     restore the display.
  <PDF Viewer>
   - The PDF Viewer may be unable to display large images in a PDF file. 
     For proper viewing, please generate PDF files without large images.
   - Standby mode does not operate while the PDF Viewer is displayed.
     The screen immediately turns back on, even with the system data area's 
     screen OFF function enabled.
   - If the PDF Viewer is started while the screen is OFF due to standby mode,
     the screen automatically turns back on.
  <Ethernet Multilink>
   - On ST6000/ET6000 Series, while the operation lock is engaged, offline 
     transition may not be possible.

 2-3 Device/PLC
  <OMRON Corporation CS/CJ/NJ Series EtherNet/IP>
   - In Pro-Server EX's Device Monitor function 
     when a Multiple Bit Write operation is performed on an array type Tag 
     it may not write correctly. 
   - When single bit write operation is performed on a 32-bit Tag(DINT), 
     the 16th bit cannot be written. 
   - When editing a project created in GP-Pro EX 5.00.xxx, re-import the tags 
     before using them.
  <Siemens AG SIMATIC S7 MPI Direct>
   - When a Copy / Paste operation which results in the maximum number of Tags
     being exceeded no error is displayed. 
   - When several Tag Data Files are created, the maximum number of Tags 
     may not be checked correctly. 
   - When using the ST6000 Series, frequent touches could cause a communication
     error.
   - COM4 on the GP6000 Series is not supported.
  <SHIBAURA MACHINE Co., Ltd. TC Series(TCmini/TC200)>
   - In Pro-Server EX's Device Monitor function the Multiple Bit Write 
     operation may not work in some cases.
  <Fuji Electric Co., Ltd. MICREX-SX Series SIO>
   - Do not use "Indirect" setting for the String type. If it is specified, 
     data may not be displayed normally.
   - When STRING variables are displayed in Device Monitor of Pro-Server EX, 
     only two characters are displayed.
  <GE Fanuc Automation Series 90-30/70 SNP>
   - Some spelling mistakes are found in English error messages.
  <GE Fanuc Automation Series 90-30/70 SNP-X>
   - If an error occurs during communication, set "1" or larger value 
     for Retry Count.
  <Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd MHI STEP3 Ethernet>
   - When a bit device is specified in Alarm Summary, alarms of 17th bit or 
     later are not displayed normally. If this phenomenon occurs, use the word 
     device.
  <Mitsubishi Electric Corporation FREQROL Inverter>
   - When the link parameter device is read, the communication cycle time 
     becomes an illegal value.
  <Mitsubishi Electric Corporation Q Series CPU Direct Connection>
   - In a screen where a Display Unit does not communicate with a PLC:
     When an access is made to the PLC using the pass-through function 
     after the PLC is restarted, the password lock occurs to the PLC.
     Make connections using the pass-through function after the screen is 
     shifted to the one where the Display Unit communicates with the PLC.
   - Do not write the data including the bit address with the extended recipe 
     function. If such writing is made, a communication error may occur.
  <Mitsubishi Electric Corporation Q/QnA Series Ethernet>
   - The project file created in V4.08 may terminate forcefully,
     when opening it with the GP-Pro EX that uses the communication driver
     V1.15.07 or earlier.
     To avoid this situation, select the [Multiple CPU system] check box
     in the [Individual Device Settings].
  <Mitsubishi Electric Co., Ltd QnA Series CPU Direct>
   - When starting the HMI, sometimes a communication error displayed only once.
  <ODVA DeviceNet Slave>
   - Do not input 32 or more characters for the device address in Address Input 
     of Device Monitor.
  <Rockwell Automation, Inc. EtherNet/IP>
   - Tag information allocated to I/O units may not be imported normally.
     If this phenomenon occurs, edit the data with the Editor manually.
  <Siemens AG>
  <PROFIBUS International>
   - When bit read/write for two or more points is performed to 
     a bit-accessible word device or word type tag, an address other than 
     the specified address may be read/written.
  <SIMATIC S5 3964(R)>
  <SIMATIC S7 3964(R)/RK512>
   - When Gateway Mode on the GP-4G01, occasionally a response error occurs 
     on the HMI.
  <KEYENCE Corporation KV-700 - 8000 SIO>
   - In Gateway Mode on the GP-4G01, Pass-Through function on HMI
     sometimes fail.
  <Pass-through Function>
   - The pass-through function cannot be used when WinGP and IIS FTP servers are
     used at the same time.
  <Beckhoff Automation GmbH TwinCAT ADS/AMS>
   - To import tags from TwinCAT3, use TwinCAT3 tag data output from TwinCAT 3.1
     Version 3.1.4012.0 or earlier.
  <JTEKT Corporation TOYOPUC CMP-LINK Ethernet>
   - When the device/PLC was started after starting the HMI, communication 
     fails sometimes.
  <CoDeSys Automation Alliance CoDeSys V3 Ethernet>
   - If the number of characters displayed for a string does not match the PLC
     string size, undefined values may be entered in the string outside the 
     display range.
   - Using the import function in the tag edit dialog box may change tag 
     information that has already been assigned.
   - You cannot use tags that contain arrays of structures in nested arrays 
     (Example: Array[x][y].Structure). instead of nested arrays, design tags 
     with multidimensional arrays. (Example: Array[x,y].Structure)
   - When the PLC is not connected and an attempt is made to switch to the 
     Offline screen immediately after starting up the display unit, 
     transitioning to Offline mode may take a long time. (Applies to models 
     other than the GP6000, ST6000, ET6000, and SP5000 Series)
  <OPC Foundation OPC UA Server/Client>
   - When using an OPC UA Server, as it may take some time to generate the 
     certificate file for the very first time, the first time you transfer a 
     project or perform a forced transfer of a project, wait at least one minute
     after startup, and then turn off the power. If a startup error occurs on 
     the OPC UA Server, perform a forced transfer of the project file again, 
     wait a little longer than previously, and turn off the power.
   - When the Client function is enabled, changing to offline mode without an 
     OPC UA Server connection may require restarting the HMI.
   - Configuring secure communication in the OPC UA server without registering
     a certificate could degrade system performance.
   - With OPC UA Client functions, depending on the server configuration, 
     writing to the entire array may be the only permitted operation. In such 
     cases, if the display unit attempts to write to a single element of the 
     array, the server will respond with the error code "0x8073000".  To avoid 
     this issue, use a D-script block write operation to write to the entire 
     array.
   - In the OPC UA Client feature, if an incorrect password is set, 
     the following error will appear:
     RHAA129: Connection open error. Target not found.
     Please correct the password to continue.
   - Even when an SD card or USB storage device is write-protected, a message 
     may indicate that authentication file output succeeded; however, the file
     is not actually output.
   - The OPC UA Client import function does not support importing the following
     file formats:
     - GP-Pro EX OPC UA Server (*.csv)
     - BLUE/EOTE OPC UA Server (*.csv)
     - BOS/EMSE OPC UA Server (*.json)
   - If the OPC UA Server enters a reset state, the Client may not recover 
     correctly. In such cases, reset the OPC UA Client by switching it offline
     and then online again.
   - You can use only ASCII text for the user name.
   - User management in the server cannot be used for the following models.
     SP5000(SP-5B00,SP-5B10,SP-5B90) Series, ST6000 Series
  <YASKAWA Electric Corporation MP Ethernet/MECHATROLINK>
   - The Data Copy Tool (Ladder Transfer) is unavailable with the GP6000 Series.
  <Mitsubishi Electric Corporation: FX Series Computer Link>
   - When the Send Wait Time was less than 3 ms, an error response sometimes
     occurred on the PLC.
  <ODVA EtherNet/IP Target>
   - When manually setting the Assembly Instance, confirm the Instance ID is not
     duplicated between nodes.

   - The GP6000 may not be able to correctly receive data if large amounts of 
     data commands are continuously sent from the external device.

   - When devices are connected to COM1 and COM2 and one of the devices gets 
     disconnected, it sometimes stops communication on the other port.
  <GP6000/GPH6000 Series>
   - Transfer Device/PLC Data feature cannot be used on GP6000/GPH6000 Series.
  <GPH6000 Series>
   - When changing flow control to XON/XOFF on the offline screen, the setting
     does not take effect immediately after switching to online mode. Please 
     switch back to offline mode and then return to online mode again.

   - RS-422/485 (4-wire) cannot be used on the GPH6000 series.

   - When the editor language is Japanese, importing a STEP 7 project file 
     causes an error.
  <Schneider Electric XV USB Tower Light>
   - Although this feature is selectable on the GP6000 Series and ST6000 2nd 
     Gen, it is not supported.

 2-4 WinGP
  <PS5000/6000 Series>
   - The buzzer sound feature provided by WinGP does not emit a buzzer.
  <File Manager>
   - When the File Manager displays a folder path and data in that folder is
     updated, the folder path reverts to the default path.
  <Transfer Tool>
   - When using the USB transfer cable (CA3-USBCB-01) to get display unit 
     information, the screen list may not be available. You can add a base 
     screen to make the screen list visible.
   - When transferring to WinGP 4.09.200 or later, do not use GP-Pro EX versions
     before 4.00.000.
   - If you transfer using Transfer Tool V4.09.500 or later to WinGP installed 
     with an installer version before V4.09.500, on restarting WinGP 
     an application error may occur. Please reinstall WinGP with installer 
     V4.09.500 or later.
  <Offline>
   - When using Window 7 or later as the operating system,
     you cannot remove hardware while offline.
     When detaching a storage device from this product, 
     use the Windows Safely Remove Hardware tool.
  <Script>
   - The _FileCopy parameter of the script, except for Japanese operating
     systems, you cannot use functions set up with Japanese characters
     in the path.
  <Key code>
   - For PC/AT and IPC, if project data is downgraded to before 
     GP-Pro EX V4.09.120, the WinGP key code has to be re-entered.
   - Due to WinGP security enhancements, the key code is cleared when the system
     version is upgraded. Please set the key code again.
  <Pro-face Remote HMI>
   - Resetting from the system menu may not work when a PLC communication error
     occurs in WinGP while connected to Remote HMI client.
  <Others>
   - After installing Windows operating system and WinGP, then maximizing
     WinGP, the display color of OS may be changed to 256 color.
   - Sometimes a shield icon appeared on the bottom-right corner of the WinGP 
     icon.
   - When installing WinGP V4.09.300 or later on SP-5B40/SP-5B41, install to the
     folder C:\Pro-face\WinGP. If you install to any other folder, the HMI
     run time will not start up from Launcher on SP-5B40/SP-5B41.
   - When WinGP is installed in any drive other than C drive, when you uninstall
     sometimes an error occurs.
   - Cannot simultaneously run both WinGP and GP-Viewer EX on the same PC.
   - While using WinGP, operation logs do not display in the alarm analysis
     list.

(3) About Licenses
   - GP-Pro EX is available in Free, Trial, and Full versions.
     Free : Select this option when using ET6000 series and GP4110(Color Model)
            series.
     Trial: You can use it for 10 days after installation. Project transfer is 
            not available.
     Full : After installing the Trial/Free version, activate the license to 
            create screens and transfer them to all models.

   - WinGP is available in Trial and Full versions.
     Trial: You can use WinGP for 3 hours after startup.
     Full : You can use WinGP without restrictions by entering the key code or 
            activating a license.
     * Use the HMI License Manager to activate the license.
   - Changes in the Windows environment, such as a Windows version update or 
     change in hardware configuration, may cause previously activated licenses
     to no longer be recognized.
     If this occurs, contact our support team.

(4) Installation and Uninstallation
 4-1 Installation
   - Be sure to quit all application programs and close (disable) all resident
     programs such as virus detection software before installing the software.
   - Install this software using a user account with Administrator privileges.
   - Refer to our support site (https://www.proface.com) for the operating 
     environment.
   - Mount the downloaded disk image (ISO file) from our site as a virtual disk
     via Windows Explorer.
     Open the virtual disk and run ProEX_Setup.exe.
     Follow the given instructions in the installer routine and install the 
     required SW.
       * Some of the tools require a license.

     differ from the actual startup progress.
