Status LED When Backlight Is Off
On display unit models where the status LED does not operate when the backlight is off, the behavior is the same as during operation (the light turns green).
On models where the LED operates when the backlight is off, the behavior is as follows.
Breathing LED (The LED repeatedly and slowly turns ON and OFF.)
SP5000 Series (excluding Open Box and eXtreme Display)
GP4000 series (excluding the GP-4100 series)
Flashes every 3 seconds (The LED repeatedly alternates between green and off every 3 seconds.)
GP6000 Series
GPH6000 Series
ST6000 2nd Gen Series
If the screen display is off in cases other than the above LED statuses, then the backlight may be burned out. When the screen is not displayed, always check the LED status and do not run any touch operations.
