You cannot run more than one instance of the Recovery Tool.
For the GP-4000 series, if the operating system is faulty, the screen will display "Setup."
If there is a problem with the operating system use the recovery tool.
Procedure
Connect the computer and display unit using the USB data transfer cable.
From your computer's [Start] menu, click [All], [GP-Pro EX *.*] (*.* indicates the version) - [Recovery Tool GP4000 Series] to start the Recovery Tool.
In the Recovery Tool, click [Start].
After recovery is complete, [Completed] is displayed and the display unit is reset. [Close]. Click to close the recovery tool.
After running recovery, if the previously displayed screen does not appear on the display unit, the project may be damaged. Use the Transfer Tool to resend the project.
