When a display unit fails to accept the project in a transfer operation, follow the steps below to enter recovery mode and transfer the project again. If a problem occurs during a project transfer operation, the system automatically enters recovery mode.
For SP5000 Series Power
Box, SP5000X Series, GP-4100 Series, ST6000 Series, and STM6000 Series
Recovery via Touch
For SP5000 Series Open
Box (Windows 10 IoT Enterprise Model), IPC Series, and PC/AT
Recovery via Application
Do not turn OFF the PC or display unit, nor disconnect the transfer cable during recovery.
To use recovery via touch on a box module, a display module needs to be connected.
When display is rotated clockwise
The dialog box displays the question, "Do you want to enter recovery mode?"

[Ethernet Download] | [Enable] |
[IPsec] | Touch [IPsec], select [Enable] and set the [Preshared Key]. |
[Ethernet] | Displays the [IP Address], [Subnet Mask], and [Default Gateway]. If you are using a model where these settings are not visible, touch [Ethernet] to view. |
Transferring a Project with the File System
Insert the external storage with the project downloaded to it,
and touch either [SD] or [USB].
Transferring a Project Over Ethernet
Set up the following and transfer the project.

[IPsec] | Touch [IPsec], select [Disable]. |
[Ethernet] | Displays the [IP Address], [Subnet Mask], and [Default Gateway]. If you are using a model where these settings are not visible, touch [Ethernet] to view. |
You can use the following recovery method on SP5000 Series Open Box, IPC Series, and PC/AT display units.
Exit other applications before performing recovery. If project transfer fails during recovery, the operating system will restart without confirmation.
