Properties (Range Converter)

[Data Type (Source)] / [Data Type (Result)]

Select the data type for source and destination values.

[Range]

Set the number of conversion settings. Setup ranges are added according to the set value, [Range 1], [Range 2], ..., [Else Condition] and conversion settings.

Setting Value Range: 2 - 255

Note:

  • [Else Condition] is always included as a conversion parameter. The [Else Condition] is applied when the source value does not meet any of the other conversion settings.
  • When [Data Type (Source)] is set to [Boolean], the [Range] value is fixed to 2.
[Data (Input)] / [Operator] / [Data (Output)]

Set the conversion settings for each range.
If the conversion source value matches the parameters for the [Data (Input)] and [Operator], the value is converted as set in [Data (Output)].
If the conversion source value does not match any of the conversion settings, the value is converted as set in [Else Condition] > [Data (Output)]
The definition of each operator is as follows.
==: Conversion source value equals the [Data (Input)] value
>: Conversion source value is greater than the [Data (Input)] value
>=: Conversion source value is greater than or equal to the [Data (Input)] value
!=: Conversion source value does not equal the [Data (Input)] value

Setting Value Range:-2147483648 (when [Numeric] is selected for the [Data Type (Source)] or [Data Type (Result)]) - 2147483647 (when [Numeric] is selected for the [Data Type (Source)] or [Data Type (Result)])

Note:

  • If the ranges for conversion settings overlap, conversion settings for the smaller number range is applied.
