Add two screens, and draw objects on each screen.
When adding screens, from [Screen Type] select the design you want or how you want to use the screen.

Create a folder, and set up the change screen method (navigation).
Move the three screens you created into the folder.
Set up a header on the master screen.
Add content. As required, set up the content size (width/height) and background color.
Place a Content Display object onto the screen where you want to display content.
