When you create or open a compound object in the Compound Object Explorer, the compound object layout screen appears. Similar to a project screen, from the top-left corner of the compound object editor, select [Layout], [Script], or [Variables] to change the view of the compound object.
From the Tool Chest, drag and drop objects onto the compound object editor and adjust the object as needed. You can place up to 500 graphical objects in one compound object.
Set scripts on compound objects just as you would on a project screen.
Set local variables on the compound object just as you would on a project screen. You can set up to 300 local variables in one compound object.
