Settings of External Device

Use the EcoStruxure Control Expert (former Unity Pro) software for the External Device to define its communication settings. Please refer to the External Device manual for more details.

1. Start EcoStruxure Control Expert.

2. Create a project that includes a using CPU.

3. From the [Tools] menu select [Project Browser].

4. Double-click [PLC bus].

5. In the virtual rack, double-click the Ethernet ports.

6. Click [IPConfig] tab.

7. Set [Main IP address].
