Use the mode switch and the ladder software (PC Software for X-SEL) to configure communication settings for the External Device. Refer to your External Device manual for details.
Set the mode switch to "MANU", and turn on the power.
Start up the ladder software.
From the [Parameter] menu, select [Edit] to display the [Edit Parameter] dialog box.
Click the [I/O] tab and set the following parameters.
