Save Data (Export) File Settings

This section describes the steps to configure the file to save (export) data from the display unit.

  1. In Project Explorer window, go to [System Architecture] and click [Target01].
  2. In Properties window, go to [Function] tab ➞ [Options] tab ➞ [Export] and set the below properties:

    Description

    [File Format]

    Select the file format.

    Note:

    • The supported file formats are .txt and .csv. The file encoding is fixed at UTF-8 (without BOM).
    • Files saved using encoding other than UTF-8 (without BOM) cannot be imported.

    [Field Delimiter]
    Select the desired delimiter format.

    Note: The [Field Delimiter] supports tab, period, and comma delimiter formats.

    [File Name] - [Date Format]

    Select the date format to be used in the name of the exported file.

    [File Name] - [Time Format]

    Select the time format to be used in the name of the exported file.

    Note:

    [Contents] - [Date Format]

    Select the date format for the data saved in the exported file.
