Product Repair - Important Information

Important information:

1. Repair Service covers the hardware faults only. Faults caused by software applications are beyond our service.

2. A no fault found/diagnostic fee (NFF) of 150 Euro will be charged for a product without a confirmed hardware failure. If you need our assistance to establish whether the failure is caused by hardware or software (your application) you can contact your local Pro-face support.

3. Units must be sent complete (no missing parts).

4. Pro-face Europe reserves the rights to refuse repair should Pro-face Europe deem it un-repairable due to extraordinary damage, parts obsolescence, old model out of repair service.

In this case you will be offered two options:

  • Scrap the unit - no additional charges
  • Return the unit - additional charges 100 Euro

WARRANTY REPAIR

Product claimed to be Under Warranty will receive the RMA Number upon request to authorize the shipment of this unit to our Repair Center for checking of the Warranty Condition. Upon receiving, our Repair Center will confirm or refuse the Warranty Condition (with Reason).

Non repairable conditions may be:

  1. Unit is massively damaged by ingress of liquid or other substances like product dust, etc.
  2. Unit is massively damaged by physical impact.
